They've played a huge roll in his success as an author of 4 books, businessman, artist, competitive natural bodybuilder, father and husband, and he’s still seeking more. He’s very driven - my kind of a man. The effort we placed on our bodies for one week was memorial and totally enjoyed.

IAN spent 1 week in the Mecca training with yours truly, The Black Prince. We talked... and talked, trained and ate together on a time clock. We were followed in the gym and at our discussions by the filmmaker Arden. The DVD is going into production this week and will be available mid April.
